Daniel is an accomplished documentary filmmaker, photographer and licensed drone pilot. His love and passion for cinema has delivered him into the exciting world of filmmaking and he is driven in his quest to marry beautiful imagery with great storytelling. Aware of the power of the medium, Daniel strives to use the language of cinematography with projects that will help better shape our world.
With Gingko Agency, Daniel has worked on a feature-length documentary on the country of Azerbaijan, as well as The WWF Virunga Gorilla campaign in Uganda, and the WWF Amazon Rain Forest Rescue documentary.
Daniel’s latest projects included a documentary with Adrian Stern in Zimbabwe about their first all-female shoot-to-kill anti-poaching unit, spearheaded by Damien Mander and he shot marketing material for Sirai Beach on the Kilifi coast of Kenya, with photographer Dook, filmmaker Daron Chatz and Annemarie Meintjies.
After walking the coast on his own from Cape Town to Mozambique during 2015 and 2016, Daniel is set on his next adventure: building a dhow and sailing it to India – documenting the Indian Ocean Trade Routes, Culture and History.

After years in the book publishing industry, Carinè moved to the magazine world, working for Condè Nast House & Garden and most recently as Managing and Assistant Editor of Good Housekeeping/Goeie Huishouding magazine. During her seven years with Associated Media Publishing, she honed her skills as a photographer, stylist and designer for print and digital projects. Carinè has extensive travel journalism experience for both print and digital platforms and takes pride in her passion for storytelling through written and visual medium.
Carinè sharpened her digital savvy by managing and creating content for the Good Housekeeping Instagram account, growing audience from 1400 – 33 400 followers in less than a year. By photographing, writing and designing engaging and audience-specific content, infographics and informative posts, and delivering it with curated visual punch, she gained valuable expertise and has since managed several social media accounts in the travel, adventure, hospitality and conservation industries.

She has a fantastic grip on developing audience engagement using specific tools to reach brand goals.
